Description:
Interviewer Web has encountered an unexpected error in project %PROJECT% This can be due to one or more problems including: project file corruption, bad questionnaire manipulation or insufficient system resources. For security reasons the project has been automatically deactivated.

Resolution:
Using the iWebMan console or Web Administration, download the project and check for the integrity of the questionnaire and data files using VOXCO’s different Interviewer Suite modules. For example: Check that the questionnaire structure corresponds to the field structure. Review questionnaire logic such as skips, rotations, selection grids and screen blocks. Search for warnings (red labels) in the Design, Browse, Installation, Importation and in the Trace option of the Intwin modules. Once the problem has been identified and corrected, upload the new project files and reactivate the project.

Note:
The project will still appear to be active in the iWebMan Console. You must first deactivate it prior to reactivating anew.
